In this era of pandemics, when everyone is struggling to reduce the Covid-19 risk, cleaning and disinfecting can take all your worries away. Cleaning the home for removing impurities can reduce the number of germs from the surface, reducing the risk of infection. Surprisingly, you don’t need any disinfection until anyone is suffering from the infection at your home.
In this article, I am going to share some amazing tips to help you avoid Covid-19 risk. Let’s dig into the article to find these superb tips:

Tips to clean surfaces in your home:
To reduce the Covid-19 Risk, clean the surfaces you encounter almost daily. Don’t forget to clean these surfaces after the visits of guests to your home. Some of these surfaces are door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, keyboards, toilets, and tables.
Clean the surfaces more frequently if any of your family members is suffering from Covid-19. Prefer to use disinfection in this scenario.
Clean all bedding in hot water above 130˚F once a week to eradicate dust mites.
Use soap and water or any specific cleaner to clean the soft surfaces such as rugs and carpets.
Always put the wipe-able cover on electronics to make the cleaning process easy for you.
You can use 70 percent alcohol solution for disinfection. However, I would not recommend you using vinegar.
Try to buy color-coded microfiber cloths for cleaning. Different colors must be used for the bathroom and for the kitchen to reduce the transfer of germs. Start cleaning from higher areas, first sinks and then toilets.
To ease cleaning, cover your family’s computer keyboard with a flexible silicone cover.
· Use microfiber instead of sponges in your kitchen because sponges provide breeding grounds for germs.
· Diluted bleach solution with chlorine is also a good option to consider for disinfection.
Final thoughts!!
Cleaning is an essential household task. But Covid-19 has enhanced your cleaning responsibilities. Realize your responsibilities towards your family for their safety and choose the right cleaning solution and cleaning activities to keep the Covid-19 away from your home.
